Certificate of success in safe driving

For a business owner, this is proof of a training quality exempted validating the theoretical and practical knowledge of employees in compliance with the rules of safe conduct of equipment and materials.

The articles R. 4323-55 to R. 4323-57 of the Labor Code and the Order of 2 December 1998 define the conditions for the issuance of the driving license by the employer.

Among its obligations, the employer must ensure good theoretical knowledge as well as good mastery of the employee's practical know-how, in the safe handling and driving of work equipment made available to it in the company.

Educational objectives and methods:

  • At the end of the theoretical and practical training provided in the company, employees are able to pass the theoretical and practical tests to obtain Certificate of success in safe driving allowing the employer to calmly issue driving license.
  • Teaching methods, theoretical knowledge and practical know-how, tailor-made and personalized to the employees' professional environment, the organizational and logistical constraints of the company.

    We offer our customers personalized assistance in the implementation of training activities for the reduction of the loss of their automotive fleet.

    Our training programs are based on needs and the context of each organization. We propose to conduct a preliminary analysis of existing claims and collecting information on measures of prevention in place.
